Longwood, Florida / Business automation

Business automation.
Less repeated work.

When the same information keeps getting entered, copied or checked by hand, there may be a better way through. I build workflow automation for Longwood businesses and corporate teams, connecting the tools and accounting for the exceptions.

Connected workflows / Data handoffs / Provisioning

01 / Start with the repetition

Where does
the time go?

Repeated data entry

When the same information lives in several systems, I look at how it gets there, which version is authoritative and where a connection can replace a manual copy.

Handoffs between tools

A completed step in one application may need to start work in another. I connect the steps, with clear handling for incomplete data, failed requests and work that needs a person's decision.

Provisioning and operational tasks

I automate repeated setup and maintenance work across infrastructure and software. The inputs, permissions and exceptions need as much attention as the successful path.

02 / Understand the workflow

The whole workflow.
Considered.

  1. Map what happens today.

We identify the trigger, the tools, the handoffs and the people involved. Then we decide which repeated task is useful to tackle first.

  2. Build around the exceptions.

Missing data, unavailable systems and human approvals need explicit paths. We agree on what runs automatically and what stays with a person.

  3. Check the result.

We compare the outcome with the original task and work through representative cases. Visibility into failures and a clear handoff are part of the scope.

03 / Bring one example

Show me
the repeated work.

You do not need to choose an automation platform before we talk. Start with one task: which tools you use, what you repeat, how often it happens and where it gets stuck.

I can work with a business owner who knows the process or a corporate team that already has technical requirements. If the missing piece is an API connection or a custom tool, the work may include software and integrations.

For a public example of my involvement in operational tooling, see Tez Capital, where Berry Studio and GrokTech build and maintain tools used by Tezos operators.
